Music until dawn

The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and beautiful views, but that was overshadowed by the nightlife disturbances throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, we dealt with noise from loud music until 1 a.m. each night, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff showed little concern for our complaints.

Our stay was terrible due to the overwhelming noise from loud music every night until 1 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. The staff were unhelpful when we reported the issue, responding with sarcasm instead of addressing our concerns. the lack of cleanliness in the room, with broken windows and even cockroaches, was absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel is in a great location and the swimming pool is really nice. Enjoyed the beach, it was beautiful. The staff were quite friendly and helpful which made our stay better. Room had a nice view. there were fun activities organized by the animation team.

the food was really bad and didn’t taste good, also there were issues with the cleanliness in the dining area.

The air conditioning was a bit dodgy, and the food was pretty average. But the staff were super friendly, which made it a bit better, eh?

Entertainment staff organized fun activities daily. The food lacked variety and could improve drastically. The kids' club kept the children entertained well. The air conditioning in the rooms struggled to cool efficiently. The beach is not very accessible, requiring a shuttle ride. Snorkeling opportunities were decent if you're willing to walk a bit.

The decor of the hotel was impressive, yet loud music kept us awake until 1 a.m.

the room was not in great shape, with a noisy air conditioning unit. but the service staff was really friendly and helpful! the bar by the beach had refreshing drinks and nice snacks. location near shops was a plus!

The outdoor poolside shower was a lovely extra touch. and the staff truly made us feel welcome! An all-inclusive meal plan made it easy to enjoy every meal without stress.
